Mr. Li was accompanied by a high-level delegation as part of his official tour of the Arab region, which includes visits to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Tunisia, and the Kingdom of Morocco.

​Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, paid a visit to Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber, Vice-President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, at his residence in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, which is hosting the 34th Arab Summit. Lieutenant General Jaber is leading the Sudanese delegation and is scheduled to deliver his country’s address during the summit proceedings.
